Bike pick-up in Amsterdam – €65, paid when you book.

I collect your VanMoof at your home in Amsterdam (postcodes 1000–1109) on Thursday between 10:00 and 16:00 and take it to the HanMoof shop. I'll check your bike and send you a message with what it needs before I start the repair. The repair is paid separately.

When it's ready, you pick up your bike at Linnaeusstraat 100 (Mon–Sat 9:00–18:00).

Outside Amsterdam? Book the pick-up up to 25 km (€85), or send me a message for longer distances.

The pick-up fee is non-refundable.
